Return policy

Products purchased in our clinic can be returned with a proof of purchase within 14 days. We only accept items in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, that is: suitable for sale. For legal reasons, skincare products need to be completely unopened, with an intact original packaging. We will check the condition of the product before processing the return or exchange. After the product(s) is accepted, we will return the amount you paid, less a restocking fee of 10%.
