Clinic Policies

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

  • Scheduling Appointments:

+ Appointments can be scheduled in-person, over the phone, or through the salon's online booking system.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:

+ We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the adjustment of appointments.

+ We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Arrivals:

+ Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.

+ If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • No-Show Policy:

+ Failure to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or not showing up for the appointment will result in forfeiture of your treatment and a deposit for future appointments

  • Appointment Confirmations:

We may send appointment reminders via phone, email, or text.

+ It is the client's responsibility to confirm or reschedule appointments upon receiving reminders.
